Mercedes-Benz UK has appointed Robert Muller as network operations director, effective from 1 September.
Muller joins from Mercedes-Benz Canada, where he was general manager for operational excellence. He replaces Ewan Ramsay who will "continue to develop his international career outside of the UK," according to a company statement.

Marcus Breitschwerdt, president and chief executive of Mercedes-Benz UK said: "Robert Muller brings a wide range of previous automotive and retail experience, as well as network operations, meaning he’s ideally placed to further build on the momentum already gained through what has been a record year for Mercedes-Benz in the UK."
He also thanked Ramsay for his contribution and praised the "successful measures" he put in place at the company.
A successor for Muller’s previous role will be announced in due course.
