Moneyway, the motor finance arm of Secure Trust Bank, has strengthened its team for the North East and South East regions with the appointments of Gaynor Atkinson and Lee Fountain as account managers.

Atkinson joined Moneyway from Benfield Corporate Motoring, where she worked as group business development manager. Prior to that, she worked as national sales manager at Revive Auto Innovations, and new business manager at Northgate.

In her new role, Atkinson will represent Moneyway to motor dealers across Yorkshire and the North East.

As an account manager, Fountain will be responsible for generating new business in the South East region of the country.

Fountain previously worked as an account development manager at Logbook Loans from 2007, before his promotion to area manager in 2013.

John Simpson, managing director at Moneyway, said: "I am delighted to welcome Gaynor and Lee at a time when we are continuing to expand our offering across the entire risk curve. Each bring a wealth of experience to the business, and will play a central role in developing our relationships with dealers as we look to grow our business and roll out our prime lending product."
