Jörg Löffler has been appointed as the new chief executive officer at fleet management provider Fleet Logistics Group.
He has succeeded Rainer Laber, who has left the group. Laber has been credited as playing a key role in integrating Fleet Logistics into its parent company TÜV SÜD Group after it was acquired in 2012.
At the start of 2016, he told Motor Finance about the company’s ambitions to become part of TÜV SÜD’s ‘one-stop shop’ network for fleets.
Before joining Fleet Logistics, Löffler was vice president, corporate development, at Knorr Bremse AG, with joint responsibility for international business development at the global technology player.
Before this he also served as global vice president, product group efficiency, technologies at Webasto SE, business director, automotive, at Infineon Technologies and project manager at Roland Berger & Paernter.
Löffler said: “I am greatly looking forward to tackling my new responsibilities. In addition to continuing the international expansion of our business, we will focus on deepening customer contacts, and ensuring that we achieve these goals as an international team.”
