Also including a telematics package, VanHire+ is designed to help businesses address the most common fleet challenges, such as minimising risk and avoiding unplanned downtime. Customers will also have access to a wide range of vans, a full service and maintenance package and replacement vehicles when required.
The product also combines the most popular features and services Northgate offers, plus it includes a damage allowance that can be used at the end of the hire.
Northgate also provides customers with the option to add fuel cards offering up to 5p per litre off fuel at thousands of fuel stations throughout the UK. Northgate also provides access to fleet insurance cover for clients, where required. As with any Northgate plan, customers can also specify additional racking and livery. VanHire+ is also available alongside Northgate’s We Buy You Rent service.
Neil McCrossan, sales and marketing director at Northgate Vehicle Hire, said: “As we see the economic importance of vans grow, it is crucial that businesses have access to new products that make the vehicle hire process even more insightful and efficient. The introduction of VanHire+ reinforces our commitment to maintaining a strong focus on the hire side of the business, but also growing our product offerings which meet our customers’ needs.”
Northgate Vehicle Hire is the largest van rental company in the UK, Spain and Ireland.
