QBE Europe has formed a partnership with Matrix iQ, a company specialising in connected vehicle and driver behaviour data services, to enhance fleet risk management capabilities.
As a result of this collaboration, QBE clients will gain access to Matrix iQ’s technology-agnostic platform, which provides fleet operators with immediate insights into risk factors, driver conduct, and claims performance.

The solution is designed to work alongside existing telematics systems, aggregating data—including claims information—into a unified, customisable dashboard.
In a statement, QBE Europe said that fleet managers will have the opportunity to review trend reports, compare performance against national benchmarks, and utilise data to make informed decisions aimed at improving safety.
Moreover, the platform includes environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics, allowing users to track vehicle emissions and evaluate sustainability efforts in conjunction with operational risk data.
