Jean-Louis Labauge has been appointed managing director of RCI Financial Services and chief executive officer of RCI Bank UK with immediate effect.
Labauge has worked at RCI Bank and Services for two decades, and previously held the role of deputy managing director at RCI Financial Services.

He established Nissan Renault Financial Services India in 2013, and held many roles at RCI Bank and Services in Europe prior to that.
In this role, Labauge will be responsible for 265 employees in the UK and the Renault, Nissan, Dacia, and Infiniti brands.
Labauge said: “I am delighted to be tasked with moving the two brands forward. The new role is an exciting opportunity for me and I look forward to working hard to achieve further growth and success.”
Labauge succeeds Steve Gowler, who is retiring after 25 years with the Renault-Nissan Alliance.
