In a statement the brand said the internal appointments would ensure a smooth transfer for customers and build on annual results for 2012, which were a company record.
Pollock began at Nissan in 1991, spending a decade with the brand until moving to Toyota where he held a string of sales and marketing positions before returning to Nissan in November 2012.
Beeston also joined Nissan in 1991, as a technical support controller, and held numerous roles in area and regional sales and operations before becoming national fleet operations manager in 2007, then fleet sales director in 2011.
James Wright, managing director of Nissan, praised Butler’s "crucial role" in the brand’s rise in the past five years and thanked him for "the valuable contribution he has made to Nissan’s UK business".
