NFDA CEO Sue Robinson said: “I am delighted to announce that Paul Bentley, former group operations director for Lookers, will be joining the NFDA to help navigate the current F&I challenges.

“Paul’s extensive experience, specifically in F&I, will ensure that we have the necessary skills and knowledge within the team to support the dealer network.”

In the new role, Guy will help the NFDA and its dealer members in providing well-informed and balanced planning to tackle upcoming challenges.

Robinson added: “This is a very defining time for our automotive sector, and it is now more important than ever that we have a collaborative, same-direction strategy in place within the network.
