UK-based vehicle leasing and fleet management broker Jurni has purchased FIRE5 Digital, a provider of digital solutions for the vehicle leasing sector, for an undisclosed sum.

With the acquisition, Jurni intends to ‘drive innovation’ and offer advanced technology solutions for the vehicle leasing industry.

This acquisition forms part of the company’s efforts to transform the industry by integrating ‘cutting-edge’ technology into its operations.

Jurni and FIRE5 digital have partnered over the past four years and invested significantly in the development of essential technological tools, including the Automotus CRM and a tailored website platform.

The acquisition solidifies this partnership, enabling Jurni to augment its technological services and offer an improved digital experience to its customers and partners.
