CHASE Search & Selection, a specialist in pharmaceutical outsourcing, has partnered with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) Fleet to support its clients in the UK.
Since 2013, CHASE has expanded its fleet to approximately 220 vehicles, including Volkswagen Golfs, Tiguans, and SEAT Aronas, to manage sales and nursing teams for its pharmaceutical clients.
The relationship has evolved from using multiple leasing providers to primarily sourcing vehicles through VWFS Fleet, simplifying processes and reducing administrative burdens. “When clients need vehicles quickly, VWFS Fleet reacts fast to meet our deadlines,” Scott noted.
The inclusion of maintenance in the monthly leasing cost has been beneficial. “Having maintenance bundled into one invoice is a godsend,” said Scott. VWFS Fleet also offers a cost-effective solution for end-of-contract charges, allowing CHASE to return vehicles with minor imperfections without high penalties.
VWFS Fleet is collaborating with CHASE to stay updated on trends, including the rise of electric and hybrid vehicles. CHASE is gradually integrating these vehicles into its fleet, ensuring a smooth transition for its employees and clients.
“VWFS Fleet is working with our Board to ensure our fleet can handle future trends,” Scott said. The partnership remains strong, helping CHASE maintain effectiveness, improve efficiencies, and explore new fleet strategies.
