Our client is a long established and broadly based Invoice Finance Business providing one of the widest product offerings available in this sector. They can demonstrate a long track record of success particularly in the mid-market space where they provide Invoice Discounting , ABL, and other bespoke services.
They are looking for a Credit Controller to provide a portfolio of clients with a high quality, effective and sensitive credit control service which balances the needs of the Client with the needs of the company. To actively monitor a specific portfolio of clients to ensure security and exposure to risk is maintained.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent attention to detail, accurate with risk awareness and customer focus. You will also have the ability to communicate confidently, calmly and assertively in order to deal with difficult situations over the phone.
Excellent customer service skills with willingness and ability to be helpful and friendly and provide a high-quality service. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
