Our client specialises in vehicle finance and are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to be based in the Head Office in Yorkshire.
This is a Senior Leadership role in the business with responsibility for an existing and highly effective operations team. The operations team oversees the processing of all new business transactions from proposal stage to final pay-out.
The successful candidate will in addition take responsibility for the company’s compliance team ensuring that all processes are fully compliant with current Financial Conduct requirements.
You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of internal procedures and governance. You will also be required to form new policies and procedures to ensure that the organisation remains highly efficient and competitive and maintains extremely high customer satisfaction requirements.

By GlobalDataYou will be able to demonstrate a significant background in Operations management and control, be an effective team manager and have the ability to identify and deliver change and deliver major projects. Experience of operations within the Banking, Financial Services or other related markets would be highly desirable.
