What was your first ever job? Working in a small
dairy shop on Saturdays. I had the job of making butter rounds and
pressing them with a clover leaf pattern. I got paid 12 shillings

Bridge I usually spend the weekend catching up with friends

If you weren’t in your current job, what would you have
been?
I have a degree in pharmacy so I suppose I would be
counting pills somewhere.

Who is your mentor or role model? My role model
and mentor was my father. He had a tremendous work ethic but always
put his family first.

people I work with. They care.

What’s the toughest thing about your job?
Having to make tough decisions that you just know are going to be
unwelcome and then selling it so that there is buy in.
 
What’s your biggest work/career mistake and what did you
learn from it?
It’s not that I don’t make mistakes, I do,
but I can’t think of anything momentous. It sounds corny but
everyday is a learning experience.

have a few books going at any one time. Currently Jeremy Clarkson
