The UK sales team at Hitachi Capital
Vehicle Solutions has been bolstered by a trio of new
appointments.

Derek Thornton is the new manager of strategic accounts, Brendan
Moran is in charge of corporate sales, and Peter Leyden is
responsible for SME sales. The three have a collective 59 years’
experience in the fleet industry.

Moran has already recruited new staff for the corporate division
while Thornton is searching for a new strategic business
development manager for large fleets, Hitachi Capital said.

Philip Peace, director of sales, said: “Our new sales structure
