Finance and asset management software provider Cassiopae has acquired the business and assets of vehicle contract hire software supplier Motivity Solutions Limited.
The acquisition will expand Cassiopae’s presence in the UK, part of the global expansion planned by the company as it celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Motivity’s Bracknell office, near London, will be the new centre for Cassiopae’s UK Client Services operations.
David Cruly, founder and managing director of Motivity Solutions, said he was delighted with the move, adding: "Similarities in our underlying technology framework also mean that we can quickly integrate development efforts."
