Vehicle data provider Glass’s has appointed former Leaseplan UK general manager Steve Jackson as its chief car editor.
According to Glass’s, the appointment covers all new and used car valuations and forecasts. Jackson will work closely with the company’s customer service and sales teams as well as the company’s manufacturer and dealer partners.

He has spent his entire career working in the automotive sector in fleet, retail, vehicle financial services and vehicle remarketing at both UK and international level.
He was previously general manager of direct channel remarketing at Leaseplan UK, managing their OEM (original equipment manufacturer) vehicle repatriation programme including auction and online relationships. Jackson was also responsible for looking after their driver sales and business to consumer initiatives.
