Kia UK has begun rolling out Digital INNK’s ViSN technology platform across its franchised dealer network, aiming to boost the accuracy of service and maintenance pricing for fleet customers.

According to a company press release, the cloud-based platform will give dealers and garages real-time access to Kia’s Business Service Promise data using vehicle registration mark (VRM) lookup, allowing them to generate precise, OEM-approved quotes more efficiently.

The ViSN platform, developed by Digital INNK, connects dealers and garages with fleet companies, streamlining aftersales operations such as booking, job authorisation and payments. The system automatically fills in jobs with pre-agreed service rates, reducing delays caused by pricing queries.

Colin Lonergan, Key Account Manager Fleet & Insurance at Kia UK, said the move enables “fleet companies to benefit from Kia main dealer servicing for just £53 per hour,” along with discounted parts and fixed oil pricing.

ViSN also allows fleet customers to manage everything from repairs to driver compliance through a single interface. The platform is accessible via web or mobile app and uses algorithms to match vehicles with the most suitable service centre.

Digital INNK has invested heavily in its AI-enabled system, claiming significant cost reductions for users. Mohammed Imran, COO at Digital INNK, described the Kia integration as “a milestone” that demonstrates both the scalability of the platform and its user-friendly interface. He added that the company plans to accelerate integration with additional OEMs in the near future.

“This is another significant step for our ViSN platform, which continues to grow at pace,” Imran said. “We’re proud to be delivering substantial savings and an enhanced user experience across the SMR ecosystem.”

Digital INNK also revealed that usage of its platform grew 20-fold in 2024, with a 32% increase in service partners across the UK. Kia repairer data is now fully live on the ViSN platform.
