Allianz Partners in the UK and Ireland has hired the former Vertu Motor group operations director as its chief executive officer.

Tim Tozer will join Allianz Partners on 1st September. He was group operations director at Vertu Motors from March 2016, and prior to this he was managing director of Vauxhall Motors and chief executive of Opel Ireland for General Motors, and president of Mitsubishi Motors Europe.

Tozer has previously been a director at Allianz Partners UK and Ireland (then Mondial Assistance) between 2002 and 2004.
