Alphabet, the fleet services arm of manufacturer BMW, has appointed FIA World Touring Car driver Tom Chilton as its brand ambassador.

Chilton is the brother of Formula One driver Max Chilton and was a race winner in 2013 for Chevrolet in the World touring car championships, and also in the British Touring Car Championship in 2005, 2008, 2010 and 2011.

In his role as ambassador to Alphabet Chilton will make personal appearances, post on social media and conduct other publicity activities for the company including carry the Alphabet brand on his car.

In return Chilton will receive sponsorship from the fleet services company.
