Global mobility provider Ayvens and EV charging platform Plugsurfing have joined forces to launch an integrated charging proposal, designed to simplify electric fleet operations for corporate and SME clients across Europe.
Ayvens, a global sustainable mobility player, and Plugsurfing, a European EV charging platform, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a new, integrated fleet charging service. The new service will provide access to Europe’s largest roaming network of over one million public charge points.

“After a detailed selection process, Plugsurfing was identified as the most relevant…to help us simplify EV charging for our fleet clients,” said Amélie de Valroger, Global Director Innovation, Products and Consultancy at Ayvens. She added that the partnership would make charging easier for drivers and help fleets “run more efficiently across Europe.”
The partnership will enable drivers to manage public, home, workplace, and depot charging through a single app and payment system. For fleet managers, the service will provide a consolidated portal to monitor and control charging expenses. This will offer detailed reporting on energy consumption, costs, and mileage, helping to optimise the total cost of ownership (TCO) for both vehicles and charging.
“This partnership highlights the power of Plugsurfing’s platform to deliver fleet solutions that scale,” commented Tom Rowlands, Managing Director of Global EV Solutions at Corpay, Plugsurfing’s parent company. He noted that the solution would give businesses the tools to “manage cards, track spend, and gain actionable insights” across all charging scenarios.
The phased rollout is expected to begin in the coming months, initially launching in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK.
