Automotive data company CAP and HPI has recruited a number of departmental heads following the merger of the two businesses earlier in 2015.
Joel Albyn has been recruited as director of innovation and product management, and been tasked with rolling out new data products and devise new digital strategies.

Before joining CAP and HPI, Albyn worked as director of product management and global ecommerce strategy for Walmart, where he spent time in the US and the UK.
Roland Barzegar has also joined the company as chief of staff. He will be responsible for coordinating programme management and supporting acquisition strategy. Barzegar joined from Plusnet, where he was financial director.
Andrea Preston has been recruited to act as head of HR, Automotive, with CAP and HPI saying it expects a high level of recruitment in the near future.
