Leasing software provider Cassiopae has expanded its presence in central Europe after taking over rival provider Singhammer.
The takeover will allow Cassiopae to grow in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, which, according to the company, will make it one of the largest technology providers to central Europe.

Justus Spehr, chief executive of Singhammer said: "Cassiopae’s balance sheet strength and research and development resources are significant. Cassiopae provides a web-based lending, leasing and asset management platform to over 300 customers in 35 countries.
Singhammer was a 30 year old technology provider and had over 50 customers in its core central European customer base and a strong reputation, according to a statement from Cassiopae.
