Service plan provider EMaC and automotive digital software provider GForces have partnered to collaborate on integrating technologies.
A key part of the partnership will be to integrate EMaC’s service plan provision and associated data with GForces’ proprietary web platform NetDirector Auto V10.

The companies will work on software to enable motor retailers to market and offer service plans view their websites as well as provide the back-end tools for managing the plans.
The companies said further technologies will also be developed across the aftersales functions to deliver insight from which dealers could improve on-going service offerings.
