“Relocating to Willis Way marks a major and exciting milestone in our growth journey,” said Sam Mason, Managing Director of i247 Group. “The new headquarters is designed to enhance collaboration and communication, while reflecting our long-term commitment to both our people and our investment in technology. Ultimately, this move will enable us to work more effectively, and deliver an even better service for our customers.”

The building’s energy-efficient design supports the company’s broader environmental goals. Located centrally, the site is expected to reduce commuting time and mileage for 90% of employees. In addition, the business is implementing a cycle-to-work scheme and plans to install solar panels to further lower its carbon footprint.

The relocation aligns with i247 Group’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and the future of fleet management. The company recently released a report titled Fleet Sustainability – Beyond EV, following a March round table with industry leaders to explore pathways to more sustainable fleet operations.

Steve Thornton, Commercial Director at i247 Group, emphasised the strategic significance of the move: “We recognise that our marketplace is evolving rapidly, and the strategies that serve us today won’t guarantee success tomorrow. This move represents a key step in our broader roadmap of transformation and investment in change. It marks an incredibly exciting chapter in our journey.”
