Japanese manufacturer Nissan has established Nissan Financial Services Indonesia to eventually provide retail finance and leasing for Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun customers across the country.
Initially it will provide finance services for the Nissan brand in Jakarta.

Nissan owns a 75% stake in the company, finance company PT Indomobil Multi Jasa owns the remaining 25%, headed by Katsumi Ishii, who has been at Nissan since 1977.
Motor finance has been expanding in the Pacific markets, and Volkswagen and Santander have both opened entered the Chinese finance market in the past few years, while Chinese manufacturer Great Wall Auto has also been permitted to begin a domestic finance operation.
Nissan is a part of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, and its finance is handled globally by RCI Banque.
