Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has appointed Alison Ashley as a partner within its automotive practice.
Ashley joined RSM from professional services firm ASE Global, where she was an audit partner, and her history includes over 12 years at PwC and two other accounting firms.

According to RSM, Ashley has experience of providing independent reviews on behalf of finance providers and will be working with the firms restructuring sector on an increasing number of these in the future.
It added she will provide regulatory, advisory and transactional support to clients and will help to grow RSM’s audit practice and motor specialism.
Ashley said: “I understand the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and I look forward to drawing on my experience to help clients to navigate the current business landscape; and to driving RSM’s motor capability.”
