Chris Benham has been named business development manager of the Warranty Group, putting him in charge of the warranty provider’s manufacturer and major dealer group relationships.
Benham has worked at Warranty Group since 2005 in a number of roles.

He said: "With the growing involvement of the FCA in the motor sector, there is a general rethink in progress about the best way to approach service plan and warranty programmes.
"While we and our partners have always sold these value-added products in a highly ethical manner, there is a renewed impetus to place the customer at the heart of the whole process."
