FindsYou.com said that 59 per cent of respondents were
dissatisfied with car sales sites, indicating that
bricks-and-mortar dealerships still have plenty of fans.
The survey results were released by FindsYou.com as it launches
itself in the motor sector, having operated “successfully” in the
housing market for some time, the company said. It claimed to offer
“a new, cost-effective and very easy way for car dealers to sell
their cars online”, without the need for time-consuming weekly
stock updates.
The service is free for buyers, while dealers who sign up
before the end of September are entitled to 18 months’ free usage
of the site, with no obligation to continue once the trial period
is over.
