Jon Olsen, BCA CEO, said of the move: “UFD fits with our
existing business and gives us scope to add to the range of
services we offer companies operating in the motor industry. In
particular, it will enable us to enhance our ‘inspect and collect’
service to our fleet and leasing clients.”

The strategy, according to Olsen, is to integrate UFD’s range of
logistics services – including KPI reporting and incident tracking,
and Manpack 3, which handles electronic and web-based job input,
driver allocation and status tracking – with BCA’s existing suite
of vehicle remarketing products.
