GE Fleet MD Rich Green said: “The Corporate Manslaughter Act is
high on the fleet agenda at the moment. There are a number of
guides available for fleets but most are aimed at a corporate
level.
“Instead, this new guide will help those involved in the
management of fleets to ensure that their drivers understand their
responsibilities within the new legislation and are doing
everything necessary to keep themselves safe on the road while at
work.”
