Paul Ramsden has been appointed as financial director of car finance broker Car Loan 4U after a year of substantial growth at the web-led broker.
Ramsden joins from The Hut Group, a multi-product online retailer where he was group financial controller. In his new role he will be responsible for the financial control of the entire company.

Speaking about the appointment, James Wilkiinson, managing director of Car Loan 4U, said: "It’s a real coup for us to have someone who comes from such a strong internet and technology background with an exceptional track record join us".
Car Loan 4U recently celebrated a year in partnership with Autotrader which helped it to double its loans over the period to over 14,000.
In addition their website was named the most visited car finance broker website by Experian Hitwise.
