Zenith Vehicle Contracts has won a new
contract to supply 220 cars to the employees of Enterprise Inns
plc, one of the largest leased and tenanted pub companies in the
UK.
The majority of vehicles will be provided through an employee car
ownership (ECO) scheme, although a low-emission, sub-120g/km
company car will also be offered as an alternative. The
low-emission cars attract a lower rate of tax for employer and
employee alike, which is why they were chosen, said Philip Jerome,
Zenith’s new business sales director.

Zenith is providing a range of services as part of the contract,
including hire cars, accident management and online systems for
drivers and key contacts. The company will also deliver a monthly
reconciliation service – using the KPMG Payroll Accounting Module –
for new vehicles which it has supplied, as well as for all existing
vehicles.

Jerome added: “This contract demonstrates our ability to provide
tailored and highly-automated solutions to clients’ needs and we
look forward to a long and successful relationship with
Enterprise.”
