UK independent ‘not for profit’ organisation Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) has appointed Mark Sinclair to its board.

Sinclair is the chief operating officer at UK fleet management provider Tusker. Before joining Tusker, Mark was director of international operations at Alphabet International and director of Alphabet GB.

He also worked on the project team within BMW Group to acquire ING Car Lease and merge it with Alphabet in 2011.

Chairman of the ICFM, Paul Hollick, said: "I am delighted to welcome Mark to the ICFM board. His track record in the fleet leasing sector speaks for itself and the strength of his fleet operational experience will prove invaluable in assisting the board in taking the institute to the next level of its development."
