Role: Business Development Manager – Motor Finance
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 plus bonus, company car, and benefits

Our client is a long established motor finance provider, with a well-regarded name in the industry, and excellent backing from a blue-chip banking organisation.
They are currently expanding the business, and as such are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to cover the Durham area.
You will be responsible for sourcing new business by soliciting target motor dealers, in addition to managing your existing relationships to ensure ongoing volumes of business are achieved. You will work closely with the Regional Manager, and over time will inherit some relationships to manage and develop.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have had some exposure to either the motor finance sector, or the broader financial services space, with an understanding of finance products, and the ability to build and develop relationships. This may be from an F&I Business Manager/Sales Manager role, or from other areas of the motor, daily rental or finance/banking arena.
